Tea Pot And Strainer Combination

  • Always measure your tea inline with the blend as this will produce the most satisfying result
  • Use a teaspoons worth of tea per cup and another for the pot
  • Place the loose tea into the pots strainer
  • Always use freshly boiled water allowing a cooling time if the brew requires a lower temperature. It is important to ensure the water temperature is correct for each type of tea
  • Warm the pot and allow to infuse
  • Infuse the tea for the required time dependant on blend

Cup And Strainer

  • Measure the tea according to the desired strength
  • Use 1 teaspoon of tea per cup
  • Place the strainer in position over your mug
  • Place your tea into your strainer
  • Always use freshly boiled water allowing a cooling time if the brew requires a lower temperature. It is important to ensure the water temperature is correct for each type of tea

Tierre (French Press)

  • Most commonly used for making coffee, this is a great alternative method for making tea.
  • Place your tea blend into the French Press
  • Pour in your water. Always use freshly boiled water allowing a cooling time if the brew requires a lower temperature. It is important to ensure the water temperature is correct for each type of tea
  • Replace the lid but do not plunge as yet. The Lid has to remain in place to prevent the water temperature from cooling
  • Steep for the amount of time required by the selected blend
  • Plunge approximately three quarters of the way down the jug
  • Your tea is ready to serve

 Iced Tea

  • You will need twice as much as you would for a standard cup
  • Add any sweetener to the tea whilst it is still hot to ensure the flavour
  • Tea bags or loose leaf tea can be used
  • Put in 2 teaspoons if using lose tea or 2 tea bags for every cup
  • Add water to your pitcher or glass until half full
  • Let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes depending on the desired strength
  • Add cold water to fill the glass or pitcher
  • Discard the tea leaves or tea bags
  • Serve over ice
