ABOUT


Spitfire Studio is a creative production shop based in Nottingham. They specialise in a lot of digital campaigns and experiences, working behind the scenes on many really popular projects. Many in which are recognisable globally. 


LOGO


The logo is the studio's name in a narrow sans serif font which works with the retro 1920’s vibes given from the typeface on the websites. The logo itself is minimal and in trend with today's graphic design. It also does not give a lot away about the studio and makes you want to find out more. 


WEBSITE 


Contrary to its logo, the website is bright, innovative and sparks with creativity. The transitions between the pages and links are spontaneous and make it exciting to look at their work. Unlike Linney's, Spitfire Studio has tailored their website to appear more like a portfolio rather than a place for potential buyers. The user experience is impeccable and something that can be appreciated by other designers and creatives. Judging on the work they produce, I am assuming that is because we are their target audience. Other creatives looking for collaborative projects, or large companies that have in-house designers seeking help on various briefs.

In order to understand the texts related to Gothic architecture, I really need to understand the terminology as I aforementioned when looking at the previous text. I will be listing definitions along the way to better understand.
