When I read the title of The Uninhabitable Earth, I immediately thought of Buckminster Fuller's geodesic domes, specifically how he applied them to his "Save our cities" poster which was part of a six anti-pollution poster series. It depicts how some cities will become so polluted they will end up uninhabitable which is the same concept explored in this book by David Wallace- Wells. I think it will be interesting to apply the dome to the earth to show the "uninhabitable" idea. Fuller's domes are known globally and will draw the audience in. It could be a really beneficial design concept for the front cover of this book.
