- In recent philosophy , phenomenology has been restricted to sensory quality - what it is like
- However, we know that we experience far more than just the primary sensations
- Phenomenology also looks at the significance of objects, events, tools, the flow of time, the self and others, as these things arise and are experienced in our life- world.
- It studies the structure of various of experience ranging from perception, thought, memory, imagination, emotion, desire, and volition to bodily awareness.
